Located on the second floor.  It has four  bedrooms... And sleeps 8.  Off the spacious porch the living room has a 40 in. TV.  

The master has a queen bed with dresser, closet and powder room.  Then one twin bedrooms and another with bunk beds.  Both  have a dressers and closet. In addition the complete bath has one supplemental hot shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed with closet and dresser. 

In backyard has a convenient grill, and clothesline.   The best part is the private large porch that safely accomodates young children without an egress.   Porch is private with a shady tree and no egress for small children...

The open footprint has the large dining room and living room sharing space is ideal for any family. Free internet. Five air conditioners.Off the complete kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove. Separate laundry room.  Down the back stairs, one is able to hang bathing suits and towels for use the next day.  Four beach badges come with the apartment.  Outside is a grill and picnic tables.  

Other anmenties include:   beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks on the water at a Somers Point marina, that are used at your risk.
