Our only first floor apartment... It has three bedrooms but sleeps 6.  Each apartment has four beach badges. A complete kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.  Attached to the kitchen is a large dining room.  The complete bath has extra hardware to accomodate a person with some disabilities.  The bunk bedroom houses the washer and dryer.  The master suit has a queen size bedroom with closet.  The third bedroom has two twin beds with a closet.  Our living room has Comcast  internet and a 42 in LG TV.  Outside there is a gas grill, some bikes, beach chairs, two kayaks and parking for two cars. Cars are parked one behind the other.  Outside large porch with a table to accomodate outdoor dining.

Beach chairs, carts and umbrella are available.  Kayaks are in the basement.  Permission is needed due to a variety of weather conditions.
